1. Không cho coi preview thì sao user biết bài đó là bài họ muốn? You can click on the "mute" icon on the YouTube player in the browser to disable audio. This setting will be remembered for next searches/views.

>> Cũng không ít Youtube contents họ post với chữ "Karaoke" và có cả Karaoke text scrolling on the screen nhưng với tiếng ca sỹ trong đó chứ không phải Karaoke track đâu anh. Vì vậy khi browse and view là phải với Audio on chứ không Mute được đâu. Ai đã từng đi kiếm Karaoke trên Youtube đều hiểu được cái nỗi khổ này lắm :) Content loại khác Mute thì ok chứ Karaoke là hơi bị subtle đó.

Mình "preview" thẳng trong video screen của TKPro cũng được vậy anh, nếu không phải là cái mình thích hay tìm kiếm thì lại click vào link khác, đâu cần phải preview trong browser như bản nháp rồi mới chuyển qua play trong video screen của TKPro đâu. Em đề nghị như vậy vì 2 lý do: (1) save users a few more key strokes/clicks, and (2) more importantly, completely avoid those annoying Youtube ads vì lý do không Mute được đã nói ở trên.

W/ KMPlayer, in their earlier and less buggy versions, they took extra steps to parse Youtube's Source Pages (HTML/HTM pages) to get and display only the pertaining links in their own Youtube browser so that they could totally get rid of Youtube ads. Nếu mình không muốn đi xa như vậy và Left Click đã default to display Youtube content trong browser thì mình có thể implement Right Click w/ an option to play in TKPro cũng ok.


2. Popup không thích hợp với the the current architect allowing remote control (i.e. via online songbook). Lúc load page và preview nếu thích thì user có the save or whatever there chứ add vào queue slot rồi đến lúc bài đó được play thì user đó có thể đã long gone from the GUI.

>> Cái này không nhất thiết rigidly là phải pop up đó anh; anything similar is ok, as long as it can achieve the same effects - giving users 3 options as I listed on the previous post.

Nếu mình đã anticipate và intend to thì khi users vừa click vào Youtube link nào đó là mình đã bắt đầu catch and save info such as filename, URL, and streaming content rồi, đâu có để đến lúc "long gone from the GUI". Browser nào cũng có caching and Temp folder mà anh.


3. It won't be awkward if you have 2 monitors. In the demo, I'm recording my screen so I had to limit down to 1 screen. Being able to undock it to a separate window thì flexible hơn chứ - you can leave the video window alone and do your search (youtube) or search/control (online songbook) on a separate screen. I want to keep the implementation detachable so that future feature such as search/browse youtube over the online songbook site using a phone and then add that song to TKaraoke via the internet is easier to implement.

>> For me, most of the times, only the TV screen is utilized. This might be just a personal taste when I said it felt awkward w/ the floating Youtube browser. The ability to dock and undock it might be of interest for users, too.

With just one screen and it is hooked up to a TV, you gonna have a tough time searching for anything that requires more than a few clicks. I can provide a quick shortcut like F6 to bring it up but I think your best bet is to rely on the online songbook function to allow you do the searching for YouTube songs on your phone and let you add to the queue directly on the phone.

Searching and adding by other devices like smartphone .... when this feature available ?

and ... when requested name will be available on online songbook?
