Yes, Tkaraoke version 85 only keeps the last song added to the queue when I use online sb youtube.

Songs added by other methods are still in the list.


Can you try to republish your songs using build 085 and see if that helped?

Hello Pros,

I downloaded and installed the latest pro version (1.5.127) because I love the YouTube feature. However, I am unable to use this due to a couple of errors.

1) When I clicked on Tools --> YouTube browser (F2), a youtube window popped up, but then an the window goes into the "hour glass" mode which prevented from doing anything until I shutdown TKaraoke.

2) When #1 didn't work, I tried the YouTube feature from the online songbook (another great feature) with my iPad. I was able to click on the + sign to add a song to the queue. I can clearly see that the song was added to the queue and then removed from the queue (queue goes from 1 to 0). However, the song will not play on TKaraoke no matter what I tried.

I am using the latest versions of IE (set as default), FireFox and Chrome. As a last resort, I uninstalled and reinstalled and the latest pro version many times but that didn't fix the errors. Please help.

Try these steps:
1. Uninstall
2. Delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\TSofts\TKaraokePro
3. Reinstall

Thanks for the response. I followed your instructions but that didn't resolve the issues. So as a last resort, I installed TKaraoke on my work PC running windows 7 (Karaoke PC runs windows 7 as well) and YouTube worked. However, please note that the Tools --> YouTube browser feature did work on the same PC with version 1.5.091 (February 18, 2015). The last thing I want to do is to reinstall Windows. Do you know what steps I could try to make sure my Karaoke PC and work PC are configured the same (only difference between the two PC is the video card and RAM)?

You don't need to uninstall Windows. Contact Online Support for further help. Sounds like a minor issue w/ the configuration. A tech will remote to your PC via TeamViewer and see what is going on.
