Hi Thanhle,
In order to use the effect, you will need to turn on the Reaper beside what ban HaiLua suggested. To turn on the Reaper, go to options, audio, sound effects, click on move Reaper off screen. Then you can test by clicking play test sound button. If it plays with sound, it is working. This is my own experience.

Change the preset number so that it's not in Purple.
