I'm new to Karaoke. I worry if mic is drop it will damage my speakers.

After some reading, looks like I can setup a compressor on the main to act as a limiter.

Setting Ratio to 100. What are you guys doing to protect your speakers?

Must be some very nice speakers. I never once thought about protecting my speakers. Last time the mic rolled off the recliner and hit my area rug, so I guess the rug helped a bit. The battery cover cracked...only $10 to replace it.

That would help but a limiter at the output end should protect speakers more effectively (Just My Humble Opinion) [winkz]
