I recently purchased the all in one package that comes with the Mi Box 4 and Hard Drive. When I attempted to open tkaraokeusb, I receive this message "No hard drive found, please connect your USB hard drive. Then restart your Android device and try again". I've tried many times and still it isn't able to detect the hard drive.

I also tried to see if Mibox is detecting the drive through the Storage menu but it only lists the Internal Storage. I am however able to read it through my laptop so it's not the hard drive issue.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Issue has been resolved. It was due to a bad usb cable from the hard drive. I switched usb cable with my other external drive and I was able to connect.
