There is one possible path. I will investigate and post my finding. If it is indeed the one causing the problem, I will fix it in next build.

This is a main issue which prevent me from using tkaraokeusb. Hope somehow, there is a solution for this.

Record to show an audio issue isn't really a good way. I trust AZNGuy when he used all his fancy equipments and didn't spot out any issue. Does it happen only on this one particular YouTube song?

These songs are in mp4 format. I also tested vob and mkv songs and I can confirm that there is no issue.

It is there as well HL, I suggest you download the song that Codonminhanh provided a link somewhere in here and listen to both the VLC app and tkaraokeUSB. It is easy to tell the difference
