Hide Volume Control in Online Songbook - Feature Requests

When guests use a phone to search for karaoke songs, they accidentally increase the music volume. This has happened quite often. If the volume control has to be visible at all time, I'd rather have an option to increase/decrease the volume about 4-5% each time I click an increase/decrease button instead of using the slider. Thank you in advance.
