Why activation is required after upgraded to this version?
It is OK, but a little annoying.

What version was it before? If you were using v1.5.015 or v1.5.016, the upgrade should not require activation. If you were using older versions, activation might be required. The reason is when there are major changes from version x to version y, we set a flag to cause old states to expire to avoid mixing up the states between versions and may cause confusing behavior.
