Sau khi download mkv files ở đây xong, khi dùng Windows explorer mở file thì Windows explorer cứ restart hoài. Có cách nào fix cái problem này không ACE?

Sau khi restart vào EVENT VIEWER xem lúc restart bị lỗi gì. Thường nếu bắt đầu choi video file bị restart thì sound card hoặc video card driver cần update. Nhìn vào Event Viewer sẽ biết rõ hơn là bị lỗi gì.

Hello DJ,

Computer không có bị restart, chỉ Windows explorer restart thôi. Mình vừa browse vô cái folder là Windows explorer stop working rồi close luôn. Người anh của mình cũng bị problem giống y như vậy.

Thử View cái folder đó as list coi sao! Nhiều lúc windows explorer tries to create thumbnail cho mấy cái video đó & bị crashed.

Also, install lại video codecs thử coi sao. Sài thử Shark007

DV cung bi truong hop nay thuong xuyẹn, khi MKV file khong dung standard Pixel

Standard : 1900 x 1200 - 1080 x 720 - 720 x 576 - 720 x 480 - 640 x 480 ...

Neu gap file voi Pixel Thi Du: 640 x 368 trong Tkaraoke Tools thi Windows Explorer se bi crash va restart mac du da chinh view la list hay details

This is related to your Anti-virus software. It will trigger since your access files exceed 1000+ files per sec and crash your explorer.exe
Uninstall any exist Anti-Virus // Spyware or last resort is to switch your USB hard drive to different drive since this is also hardware related issue from Windows
