Yes. What mixer đo you have? Did you have to install the driver for it?

We use: Mackie ProFX8 Professional Compact Mixer. We did not install any driver. Just plug in the usb connector and it auto detect it.

Go to the Live Show sometimes and ask one of the folks there to log into your PC live and see what is wrong. It's hard to see why it's not recording w/o owning one of these mixer.
