Hi

how come when I load the VOB file from a dvd or ISO ectract, below msg appears, can you please help me rip my dvd to mkv.

unhandle exception has occurredin in your application.

TKT can't convert unripped VOB files due to legal issues. You will need to rip out the VOB file first using Smartripper or similar software.
