1. Make sure both MiBox and your phone/tablet connect to the same wireless SSID, not the guest network.
2. Try another phone/tablet, I sometime can't connect w/ Iphone, Android has been ok.

Yea both connect to same network, I don't have any android
phone to test, the whole house everyone use iphone :-(
any other way to get the iphone work? Feel frustrated when
there is house party and you can't connect.

All the iPhones can’t connect? Try connecting the MiBox to a 2.4GHz wifi. I never have this connectivity issue and I have a lot of apple and android testing devices. Check the MiBox can get online

Just curious why connect to 2.4 when 5 is available, I always connect to 5, let me try 2.4 tonite and give you an update on it. Yes MiBox can get online with 5, but anyway let me try 2.4 tonite and give you an update. Thank you for the info.

I have seen some user reporting 5 MHz has some SB connectivity issue and switching to 2.4 GHz solved it.

Mới thử xong 2.4 chạy nhanh như chớp. Kg hiều nổi tưởng đâu 5 mạnh hơn là ngon hơn. Có đôi lúc chậm mà ngon. :-)

Engineering is always about trade off bro. 5 GHz can be faster than 2.4 GHz in theory and under ideal conditions (i.e. MiBox right next to the router), it's much faster than 2.4 GHz. Under real-world conditions though, 2.4 GHz is more resilient to signal loss.
