After factory resetting, I'm still getting the audio stuttering :(. I did a full scan of the hdd for bad sectors just in case and there are none. Not sure what's going on.

MiBox Oreo firmware is simply bad. They have reverted the status from release to beta and stopped auto-update. I’m willing to send you a new replacment MiBox with the previous firmware if you bought it from us. PM for details.

Same problem as victorn, HDD show only 32K songs and audio stuttering still there

I don't know how to downgrade once it's on Oreo, unfortunately.

I guess i have to wait then, bought 2 units from you and they both got the auto update to Oreo.

If you bought the MiBox from us as a package, you can return them to get a new MiBox with the previous firmware. We’ll charge only $50 including shipping. We don’t have a way to downgrade yet so we’ll have to buy you a new one.

Mine also have stutter.. i guess i have to change it to another MI .. can you send me the code for active mr.V
