In windows sound. If you are using WIndows 7 simply put Sounds in search then go to recording and adjust your recording lvl before it clips I am downloading your mp3 right now

P/S judging from what i see from your mp3s. Mostly because of your mic. A dynamic mic will get noisy when you crank the gain too high. Secondly it's better to record your mic when it is adjusted to maximum before feedback or clipping. Then control your music accordingly to your vocal volume. Recommend to use good monitor headphone or speakers to adjust. A live speakers/karaoke speakers wont be helping much in controlling your mix.
I hope it helps.

thanks for the inputs, funny thing is when i sing live it sound very good. There isn't any noise or feedback or any distorted sound at all even i stand by the speaker still have no feedback at all, sound comes out clean until I tried to record the song. right now at both volume vocal and music set at level 6. do you think it still too high ?

Mute the Mike and record a couple of complete songs without any vocal nor touching the volume then post them here.

======

Even Truong Vu sounds BAD with this recording [laugh] - I think one of your Sound Box Drivers was over-written by another program!

Uninstall your ALL Sound Box DRIVERS.
Shutdown your computer (Do not Restart!)
Turn on your Computer.
Reinstall the DRIVERS.

NOTE:
You may want to check if new drivers are available!
It wouuld be advisable to run a utility program to clean the Registry AFTER you start your computer.
